The KPMG Trainee Program is aimed at 3rd to 5th year and recently graduated university and university of applied science students who have a background in Business, Law, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths). The program offers paid, full-time trainee positions that typically last from 3 to 8 months.

Each year, KPMG hires around 150 trainees through this program, with opportunities available in Audit, Tax & Legal, and Advisory Services. While most of the positions are based in Helsinki, there are also open positions at other KPMG office locations across Finland.

What are we looking for in a Trainee?

3-5 years of university studies in Business, Law or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn & develop oneself
A curious mind and a genuine interest in our business
Previous experience in the field or other relevant skills and knowledge can be considered as an advantage
