We are looking for Strategy Consultant Trainees to join our Global Strategy Group! 

If you have a passion for solving some of the toughest, real-life challenges faced by various businesses and governments, for developing your problem-solving skills, industry, and functional expertise, and use of data & analytics tools, and building a career in strategy consulting? 

We offer temporary (3 months) full-time paid positions based in our central office in Helsinki. The employments start either in January 2026 or April 2026. 

As a Trainee you will: 

• Be part of a dynamic Deal Advisory and Strategy group that revolves around deal making, strategy and value creation. 

• Participate in our projects as part of our expert team from day one, and work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues at multiple industries. You may for example work on a due diligence (commercial or operational) project as a part of M&A process, take part into creation of new growth strategy for our client or participate in operational strategy project related for example to plant reallocations or pricing. 

• Have an opportunity to interact with C-level clients and global experts, as you will help assist our clients to solve critical, yet ambiguous challenges. 

• Research, collect, and analyze information from databases for conducting industry, company, and competitor analysis (e.g., financial, operational, commercial). 

• Storyboard, visualize, and draft presentation materials, as well as prepare and present findings to clients. 

Do you have? 

• At least two years of university studies 

• Analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving skills with a commit to learn new things. 

• Organized and proactive approach, with ability to work efficiency and quality with multiple assignments. 

• Ability to communicate complex ideas promptly, both written and verbally in English. Finnish and Swedish fluency is an advantage. 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• No specific educational background or work experience required - we're interested in your unique background and competencies supporting your growth in strategy consulting. What matters most is the desire to learn and the drive for perfection.
